Diana, affectionately known as “Di”, always loved cooking and baking. After graduating with a Bachelors in Biology, she wholeheartedly pursued a career in medicine, working in the Operating Room and Orthopedic unit while applying for Physicians Assistant School. Yet, all the while, Di showed up at work, church, and neighbor’s doorsteps with baked goods in tow. She repeatedly received requests to sell her products. With the support of her husband Aaron, she decided to leave the medical field to pursue baking full-time, and opened To Di For in 2016.
After three years of whisking, swirling and sprinkling her way through the day to grow To Di For, Di and her husband made the decision to leave Madison to be closer to their family. However, To Di For lives on as Katherine took over as the new owner and operator of To Di For, offering customers the same cupcake and cake recipes, so customers can continue to order their favorites.
Katherine has a background in culinary service and passion for baking, and like Di, made the decision to leave her job at a local hospital when she took over as the new owner of To Di For. She loves helping people celebrate life’s special moments, big and small.
To Di For Baking LLC is a cupcake shop currently operating out of a commercial kitchen in Stoughton, Wi. We also take wholesale and catering requests.
